Belfast Gets Ireland's First Bollinger Bar

The first Bollinger Champagne Bar in Ireland is opening in Belfast's Cafe Vaudeville, the city's new Paris-themed bar.  Earlier this year, The Balmoral in Edinburgh, Scotland opened that country's first Bolli bar. Bollinger champagne is famous as the champagne of both James Bond and the comic lushes of Absolutely Fabulous.  The new bistro/bar is a Moulin Rouge fantasy of color and sparkle. The Bollinger bar is upstairs so that the champagne lover will have a view of the ground floor of Cafe Vaudeville.
