Or Was It the $90 Million Rumor?

Yesterday the world was abuzz about the $90 million house sale, a new U.S. record.  But was the NY Post report all a rumor?  Newsday says the home is not for sale and that the report was news to the home's owner.  But they also say it has been reported that a $80-million bid was put on the estate recently and that perhaps the major deal just isn't inked yet.
