Pret-a-Portea

The Berkeley, a London hotel puts a special twist on afternoon tea. Vogue UK reports on Port-a-Portea, the tea for fashionistas. The hotel's special Pret-a-Portea menu offers fashion-friendly treats such as a Clements Ribeiro opera cake, Dolce & Gabbana tropical eclair,a Valentino cookie and an Ungaro coconut shimmer meringue. The treats are served on Paul Smith fine bone china and come with a selection of teas for $56 but around $20 more gets you chilled Moet in a colored Baccarat crystal flutes which is definitely an improvement on tea time. The hotel suggests reserving tickets in advance since the popular service often sells out.

Of course you must come. I'm pretty sure you can deduct it as a business expense...since there's going to be technical training and networking and all sorts of other business-y stuff available for your perusal.
