Brand new offices in Los Angeles and Hong Kong alongside London, New York, Miami, Dubai, Beijing, Geneva, Istanbul, Johannesburg and Cape Town mean that the concierges are plugged in to many of the world's hot spots. According to the web site, membership services are "endless" including access to the finest gyms, spas, restaurants, and nightclubs all over the world. Members have access to a 24-hour-a-day hotline and email assistance. Quintessentially promises to satsify any last-minute requests, from front row seats at fashion shows and chartered yachts (see Anson Bell), to impossible dinner reservations and last-minute theatre tickets.
