Mountain Bird Ranch, the Colorado home of musician Dan Fogelberg has hit the market for $17.5 million. The ranch is set on 610 acres and includes two residences, an equestrian center, lakes, pondsdd and lots of wildlife. The main residence includes an in-home greenhouse with waterfall and ponds, gym and sauna, wine cellar, game room and the studio where Fogelberg recorded. The manager's residence has six bedrooms and the barn complex is heated for year-round use. The ranch has it's own gas station with gas and diesel pumps and a four-wheel-drive Unimog, John Deere tractor, GMC truck and a Toyota Land Cruiser are included in the purchase price.
