Frankie Muniz Selling Again

Today's LA Times Hot Property section serves up the usual celebrity dish. This time we learn that Penelope Cruz has bought in the Hollywood Hills for $3.5 million and David Spade has purchased a $9.25 million Malibu (wow, who knew being annoying paid so well). Also, Frankie Muniz is unloading another home. Young Muniz recently sold another home which he listed in April and just bought a new smaller home for $3.9 million and put his five bedroom home on the market for $5.995 million. This 4,500 sq. ft. home in the Hollywood Hills comes with a 1,400 sq. ft. guest house.
