Extravaganza Shanghai
China had its first major luxury exhibition, Extravaganza Shanghai, June 3—4 at the Shanghai Convention Center. As we've noted before the Chinese market has the potential to be the world's largest. The exhibition was by invitation only, no tickets were sold and you had to be worth at least $1 million to get in the door (approximately 3,000 guests were invited). Exhibitors at the exhibition included Lamborghini, Feadship and Bovet watches.
