Raymond Weil's Don Giovanni Cosi Grande watch has nearly six carats of bagutte diamonds on a pink gold case. It has a mother-of-pearl dial and a white alligator bracelet. The watch has a mechanical movement with automatic winding and stopwatch functions with seconds, minutes, and hours counters. The case back is a sapphire crystal so that you can watch the workings of the timepiece. The watch retails for $7875.
