Leitersdorf's Loft and Yacht Super Combo
We're more accustomed to seeing yachts get sold through yacht brokers but over at Corcoran, the home for many of New
York's megalistings, the Tiara, a 177-foot sailing sloop is listed. This is because the
owner, Jonathan Leitersdorf, has also listed his $20 million Broadway loft with th same agent. The yacht
is a helicopter-carrying 54m beauty designed by Dubois Naval Architects and launched by Alloy Yachts International. It
is full of fine mahogany and 1930s-styled interiors and priced at $36 million. The triplex, 11,000-square-foot
apartment has tin ceilings, a heated outdoor swimming pool and antique carved doors. We first saw this apartment
back in December. The listing price hasn't
changed. If you snap up both there should be some sort of Leitersdorf discount.
