Maybach Exelero: One Sexy Batmobile

Our siblings at Autoblog know how to make our morning.  They have pics of the fantastic Maybach Exelero. Already at Autoblog the comments are becoming a healthy debate on whether this concept car is an example of amazing design or an overwrought pastiche of bad design ideas.  The V-12 coupe is souped-up and slimmed down version of the Maybach 57 which was designed to test a high-speed tire for the German tire manufacturer Fulda. Its numbers are as high-test as its exterior, it can get to 55 mph in 4.4 seconds with the help of two turbochargers and 740 ft-lbs of torque.  Head on over to Autoblog for more beautiful pictures.
