London's $94 Million Home
At a listing price of $94 million, the home of Turkish entrepreneur Halis Toprak becomes London's most expensive house. The Toprak Mansion, located on The Bishop's Avenue, is a 30,000 sq. ft. mammoth that has seven bedroom suites, four kitchens, a swimming pool and a Turkish bath that seats 20. According to the Bloomberg, the home is not aimed at Londoners: "it would probably be attractive to middle-eastern and eastern European buyers," they quoted listing agent Trevor Abrahamson of Glentree Estates as saying. Toprak is in a bit of hot water with the Turkish government (his companies owe the goverment $453 million). According to Abrahamson, one buyer is already interested. The home doesn't seem to have a website yet like Updown Court, but we pulled a couple of pictures off of the Glentree website to see what $94 million will get you.
