customizer George Barris auctions off his collection of movie and TV cars. Other items up for bid include the
Ford Torino from "Starsky & Hutch," the car used in "Christine," KITT from "Knight Rider" and many others.
Bonhams & Butterfields in LA will hold the auction on May 14. This General, a 1969 Charger was the #1
stand-by car on "The Dukes of Hazzard" and is estimated to sell for $75,000—$85,000. The #2 stand-by car is also
up for bid.
