The Duke Semans Mansion
New York real estate blog, Curbed, draws our attention to the listing for the Duke Semans Mansion on Fifth Avenue. This $50 million dollar home was built in 1901 (amazingly enough, on spec) and has over 19,000 sq. ft on eight floors. It has been in Duke family since it was built. The facade faces Fifth Avenue and runs down the side of East 82nd Street. It includes two outdoor terraces and offer amazing views of Fifth Avenue & Central Park. No interior pics at the listing (such a tease) but it is said to still maintain much of its original charm.
