The Westin Monache Sells Out

At the start of the year, we reported on the plans for the Westin Monache in Mammoth, California. California's snow-heavy ski season led to increased interest in the Mammoth Mountain region. In just four hours all 141 condos offered for sale sold out. Prices ranged from $405,000 to just under $1.3 million. Construction has begun and the Westin Monache plans a Summer 2007 opening. If you still want in you haven't missed your chance, there will be a second and final release of 89 more condos later this year.
