Cosmopolitan Resort and Casino

Luxury lodging on the Las Vegas Strip, be it hotel by night or condo ownership, continues to heat up as more players open shop. One of the latest is the new Cosmopolitan Resort & Casino. Located next to the Bellagio, this $1.5 billion development will mix luxury condos with upscale hotel rooms. It will be managed by Hyatt under their Grand Hyatt brand and, when it opens in 2008, will feature two hotel and condo-hotel towers, a casino, 50 or 60 high end shops, 10 to 12 quality restaurants and a five-acre pool deck overlooking the Strip.
