SavRow Bespoke Computers
SavRow (a British company which takes its name from Saville Row) offers "bespoke technology" by creating custom laptops and desktop PCs in a variety of paint finishes that resemble automotive paint. They aren't an aftermarket service instead they design their own systems. Their latest offering, the R-70 Monza will be available in a limited run of 100 (each with an individually numbered aluminum plaque). The laptop comes in V-8 and V-12 versions. It also comes with its own hard case and the SavRow Concierge (basically a software updater). Not bad, although I think the racing stripe is just a bit much.

Only 100? I have seen a painted system of theirs in the flesh and it looks stunning... I want to see this one though it looks very interesting (rifles through wallet)...

No I read the site... It is a typo (shame on Luxist) the processor is either a 1.86GHz or a 2.13GHz (the bus is 533MHz)

Sorry about the error. That's what I get for reading press releases on my way to go visit the dentist.

LOVE how they did the desktop to match the paint job. Keep looking at my HP and Apple laptop, just won't be as COOL as this red with racing stripe thing.

Yeah sure it looks stunning -- but it'll only last for a while. IMO, fancy colored pcs / laptops aren't just suitable in the long run, unless it's black. No wonder the Mac people don't make the candy colored macs anymore.
