Noka Single-Origin Chocolates
Noka makes chocolates along the same lines that other companies make fine wines or cigars, by paying attention to
their sources. As the founders of Noka point out, cacao, like chocolate varies by terroir, and beans
from different regions have their own subtle flavor differences. Their single origin chocolates focus on specific
cacao-producing regions in Venezuela, Ecuador, Trinidad and Côte d'Ivoire. The chocolates are all intensely dark
(with at least 75% cacao) and rich. Noka chocolates were recently as a gift to Golden Globe Award nominees this
year and come in a sleek stainless steel box. An eight piece box of truffles in the steel box costs $100.
