Cap Cana is a new resort being developed in the Dominican Republic that is a golfer's paradise. The development will have three Jack Nicklaus Signature golf courses with plenty of waterview holes. The development also includes the Caribbean's largest inland marina, big enough to park larger yachts. The resort will feature hotels, a casino and residences which are already being sold. Prices for golf condos start around $325,000.
