Last summer, Oceanco began construction of an 80-meter (that's over 260 feet) megayacht, code named Y701. The yacht is a collaboration between Oceanco, Italian design firm Nuvolari & Lenard and the owner. Details include a huge owner's suite with a large private terrace , a sky lounge deck with panoramic windows and swimming pool. The yacht will have two 30 foot tenders, three semi-rigid tenders and a helipad. It was recently announced that the yacht will have three elevators, a service elevator, a dumbwaiter and a round glass elevator which can hold six. The boat is expected to be delivered to her owner in the fall of 2006. We'll be watching for pictures of the boat as soon as they become available.
