The Moorings Yacht Ownership Program

It's the comment lament of the boat owner, you buy a boat and because you are busy it languishes unused. The Moorings Yacht Ownership program lets you buy a catamaran and make money on it at the same time. Their large cruising catamarans have four staterooms and are available for charter. The program gives you nine weeks of sailing per year and your boat is maintained by Moorings. In return for the use of your boat you are guaranteed income regardless of the charter schedule. Not a bad idea if you want a boat but know you can't devote a lot of time to it.
