Your teacher will be Steven Raichlen, cookbook author and host of the PBS series Barbecue University. The course takes place at Kate's Mountain, a lodge with a teaching kitchen and an outdoor area with smokers, wood and charcoal burning grills, and high-end gas super grills. The package costs $3,094.96 for a couple or $2,351.90 per person and covers accomodations and meals. Luckily the hotel also has golf, tennis and a complete fitness center if you overindulge during class.
