The Curve in Las Vegas
Yet another condo development is going up in Las Vegas. This latest, The Curve, will include two 18-story hi-rise luxury condominium towers and 16 buildings with retail, restaurant and office space. The $200 million "suburban village" will begin in late 2005. The apartments will start at $385,000 for a little over one thousand sq. ft. and will have access to pools and spas and 24-hour concierge service. The Curve will be located away from the Strip and off of the I-215 Beltway and seems to be designed for a more sedate, less traditionally Vegas clientele. A two-bedroom 1866 sq. foot condo costs $877,020 or $709,080 depending on where it is located (Strip views, and higher apartments are more expensive).
