Courtney Love's Big Sale

Forbes is reporting that Courtney Love has sold her home at 30 Crosby Street. It was originally listed at $6 million and went for $5.5 million. Not bad considering that she bought it for $2.6 million back in 2001. Sometimes the real estate bubble is a beautiful thing, especially if you've got court fees to pay. Still want in at 30 Crosby? Fear not, Lenny Kravitz's home is still up for grabs in the same building for under $13 million.
