Michel Perchin
Although I've been covering writing instruments on this site I haven't ever really covered desktop sets. Perhaps for me they seem to be more relavent to another era. Also they aren't necessarily favorites with collectors. That's why I found this new desk pen from Michel Perchin interesting. The pen is one of a new series. It's sterling silver and is guilloched and enameled in deep blue. There are only ten of this pen available (in rollerball only) and it costs $6,000. Does this mark a return to the old-fashioned desk with a blotter and a pen?
