Christie's Vintage Movie Poster Auction

Christie's will hold an auction of vintage film posters in London on March 9th. Posters date from the 1900s  through to the early 1980s and there are  270 lots, the to choose from.    One of the rare finds is French poster from the movie Casablanca which is estimated to sell for upwards of $28,000.  Other treats include vintage Hitchcock posters. The auction covers all genres from the classic Hollywood movies of the 1930s – 50s,  Musicals, Film-Noir and Westerns to Comedy, Science-Fiction, Horror and key cult films from the 1970s and  80s.
