Joseph Schmidt Mosaic Chocolates
January is almost over which means we've all just about forgotten our New Year's resolutions and it's time to return back to our usual decadent behavior. We got a tip on these over a month ago and finally checked them out. These mosaic chocolates from Joseph Schmidt are almost too pretty to eat. Their tops are decorated to resemble painted tiles. The interiors are layered combinations of caramel, biscotti crunch and other flavors. The thin shells are made of Belgian chocolate. Flavors like Almond Crunch, Apple Caramel, Cappuccino Caramel, and my favorite, Marzipan Almond, are tasty without being overly heavy. The mosaics are $25.00 for a package of eight.
