Is J. Lo Buying at the ICON?

Forbes is reporting that Jennifer Lopez may have bought at the wave-shaped ICON in South Beach. Lopez and hubby Marc Anthony are said to be paying $9.9 million for a penthouse with a private pool and balcony. "Where you live is who you are" is the slogan for the building which features a massive lobby designed by Philippe Starck. Other ameneties include bay front pools, a resident cafe and pool bar, fitness center, and valet parking. The building is the usual Starck-fest of gleaming white accentuated by chandeliers and huge furniture. The location couldn't be more ideal and the giant glass windows take full advantage of the beautiful views. The Icon was Starck's first United States residential development. He also did Downtown in Manhattan.
