Trump Tower Tampa
Our favorite Trumpster is at it again, this time announcing he is opening shop in Tampa, Florida (we covered this a little in an earlier Trump post). Donald is planning a 52 story, ultra luxury condo tower called Trump Tower Tampa. Trump's latest luxury high rise, which is being called the tallest residential building on the Gulf of Mexico, is a $220 million development located on a 1.5 acre site in the heart of a vibrant area of downtown Tampa. Residents who buy into one of the 190 units ranging in price from $700,000 to over $5.5 million will enjoy luxuries like concierge and valet services, a conference room/business center, a party room with a catering kitchen, a fitness center and spa, a restaurant, retail shops, serviced suites for overnight guests and private elevator lobbies.
