The NY Times has an article titled "The $250,000 Parking Space" about the Edelweiss condos opposite the slopes in Ketchum, Idaho. The super-wealthy are snapping them up to use as ski lockers/parking because of their fabulous location. Sun Valley is fast becoming a hot spot like Aspen and this modest Bavarian-style apartment building has become coveted for the convenience of always having a place to park. Of course, if you aren't willing to buy in Edelweiss but still want the parking perks you could always rent a condo for $225 a night during high season. As promised in the article, the decor is a bit vintage 1970s but then again you can always stay somewhere else.
