Page Six reports that Courtney Love is selling her New York loft for $6 million. We were mad curious so we hopped on over to the Corcoran website only to find that the only picture available was a fuzzy picture of the outside of the building (the listing doesn't go on the market until January 9). However, there is a gorgeous penthouse loft available at the same address for just under $13 million. The two-story space has 6000 square feet with a huge outdoor area, suspended glass staircase, five bedrooms and a slick modern style that includes wave-shaped walls. So gorgeous, and perhaps a little safer than a loft where the previous owner has been carried out on a stretcher or in handcuffs a few times.

this fantastic $13 million loft is from Lenny Kravitz. it was featured in the AD magazine one year ago. but why did he sell it?

can someone lend me $13 million?
