Aequis is a day spa in Portland, Oregon that offers a variety of services in a tranquil setting. One of the things that makes Aequis special is the exotic ambience. The vibe is Asian mystery with draperies, candles and incense that make the outside world disappear once you step inside. The spa's treatments are all based on ancient ayurvedic principles updated with the latest techniques. Aequis offers a stone massage that uses both hot and cold stones to relax and refresh. Other treatments include a scalp massage with warm jojoba oil, exfoliation, and a full menu of facials, manicures, pedicures and massage therapies. Clients have their choice of essential oils for the head-to-toe massage. Patrons have described Aequis as a completely transformative experience.
