The title of the owner of New York's most expensive home was only Rupert Murdoch's for a short time.  After picking up the $44 million Rockefeller penthouse, Murdoch was at the top for a few weeks but now Stewart Rahr has paid over $45 million for an 18,000 square-foot Hamptons house.  The estate, Burnt Point, sits on 25 acres including plenty of views and private beaches.   Rahr, a pharmaceutical distributor, boasted to the NY Times that he doesn't have a mortgage on the home.   "I'm able to write a check," Rahr said.  Wow.
