Anyone who has watched the last season of Sex and the City has gotten a peek at the Plaza Athénée in Paris, the final episodes were filmed there. The hottest rooms at the hotel are the Presidential suites, 3000 square feet of space decorated in an Art Deco style but with modern conveniences like plasma TVs, CD players and high speed internet. The hotel's latest offering is a new gift set done up in the hotel's signature red color. There is a red travel bag containing beauty products like an eye-mask, soft socks, lip balm and a mint box. There is also a red leather jewel case, black tea scented candles, red slippers, bathrobes and teddy bear for the kiddies and a red key ring. The full menu of gift items can be ordered without ever having to leave your hotel room. The hotel's bar also recently introduced a line of infused teas which are as carefully concocted as any cocktail and feature a small packet of brightly coloured sugar, representing the different ingredients in each of the jewel-named infusions such as Spiced Topaz and Emerald Calm. Beats doing the predictable thing and ordering the Carrie Bradshaw fave Cosmopolitan.
