Revolving Apartments
It's a room with a view that keeps changing. Apartments in the world's first independently revolving building have gone on sale. The apartments, in this building in the Brazilian city of Curitiba can revolve independently 360 degrees to the left or to the right. Each apartment occupies an entire floor of the building (approximately 3,000 square feet) and costs $300,000. The building is eleven stories high. It takes an hour for each apartment to complete a rotation and the spinning is activated by voice commands.
