Zeppelin NT Blimp Airship
Does the idea of owning your own blimp airship sound appealing? In the Nieman Marcus Chirstmas Catalog's Fantasy Gifts section the high end department store, acting as an advertising agent for German based ZLT Zeppelin Luftschifftechnik Gmblt & Co KG, is taking orders for the Zeppelin NT. The Zeppelin NT, filled with non flammable helium, is the first licensed modern airship to carry commerical passengers. It can sit 15 total (including the pilot), is driven by three 200hp engines and swivel propellers, can reach a maximum altitude of 2,600 meters and can fly for up to a day at 70 knots. Rumor has it that John Travolta recently purchased one.
