teeboxeight You may have had dinner overlooking a golf course but have you ever had dinner on the golf course? The Phoenician Resort in Scottsdale, Arizona offers Dinner at Tee Box Eight. The resort books one candlelit table per night under the stars at the eighth tee, the highest point on the course. You select your meal and wine in advance from one of The Phoenician's restaurants and a waiter serves it while a violinist plays your choice of music. 48 hours notice (and most likely a sweater for the cool night air) required.
