Trump Buys Maison de L'Amitie

Say what you like about Donald Trump, he definitely has an eye for real estate. Trump snapped up Maison de L'Amitie the mansion of bankrupt health care magnate Abraham Gosman for $41 million at auction. Trump has said that he bought the house for development purposes not as a home. At 43,000 square feet the house has enough room for multiple homes or hotel rooms. The house was originally listed at $48 million but found no takers. The waterfront estate has a beauty salon, a full gym and tennis court, a sunken garden with a pool and fountain, and a tennis court among its many features.
