Dear Sir/Madame
We passed Frankfurt June 24 and a lady (Judit age of appr 30) at the Lufthansa ticket office in the main terminal helped us in a very good way. We want to thank hear and also let her superior chief be informed.
Can you please send methe E-mail address to the Manager for the ticket office?
Best regards

Last December, my family’s Lufthansa flight to London had the good fortune to experience a stopover in Frankfurt. Though there was snow on the ground and the winds were howling, we received a warm reception in one of the classiest First Class terminals I’ve ever seen. Free newspapers from throughout the world, comfy seats, hot showers, gourmet foods including hot muffins, cookies, coffees, juices, top-tier liquors, and a breakfast buffet — if you wanted it, they had it. It opened a few days before we visited so everything was brand spanking new.
