The building also features a basketball court, a fitness center, children's playroom and a bowling alley. The rooftop Starck Park has a reflecting pool and a lounge area. Of course, these bonuses add to the price. A one bedroom apartment of 1071 square feet costs $1.16 million. Starck is a designer known for his innovative and often quirky design sense. If you want to go the full Starck route, there is also a complete line of Starck furniture for the loft apartments. Starck has broken down the furniture into four styles, Nature, Culture, Classic and Minimal. Hipster heaven.
